I was really happy with the service I received. Matt was punctual and professional, and he took the time to explain the different thermostat options to me. He installed the one I wanted and even checked the connection with my furnace – it’s clear he knows his stuff. I’ve been using Donoruma Plumbing and Heating for years and I’m always impressed with their service; they’re the only plumbers I’ll ever use.

The only solution offered was to contact his son, but no one answered the phone. Given that it wasn’t an urgent issue, I would have appreciated being informed of this change the day before, allowing me to explore alternative options like rescheduling until Drew returned. Honestly, it felt like my time wasn't valued at all. Because I hadn’t used their service before, I didn't know what to expect, but the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. Charging almost $300 for a simple appointment, they really dropped the ball on communication and customer service.”

They were incredibly thorough and, thankfully, identified a serious issue elsewhere in the building that required shutting off the main water supply. Had they not caught it, the potential for significant damage would have been very real – both financially and physically. I really appreciate their diligence.
