  I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience so far. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Gavin for two weeks with absolutely no luck – just voicemails. It’s starting to feel like this company doesn’t even exist or simply isn’t interested in providing customer service. This is the second time I’ve attempted to work with them, and it’s begun exactly the same way as before, which is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It seems like you can only reach someone if there’s a financial aspect involved, and that’s a really concerning trend. report abuse

  “We had a really unsettling experience with one of their vehicles. While following their pilot car just outside of Laramie in June 2018, an operator nearly ran us over – it was incredibly reckless. Honestly, it raised serious questions about their judgment when hiring, especially considering they claimed to have experienced operators.” report abuse

  I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Noe and Miguel. They were incredibly kind to my family when we were unexpectedly stranded on the side of the road with a broken-down vehicle on a really hot day. It was so thoughtful of them to stop and offer assistance after what I’m sure was a long and tiring day. We truly appreciate the good values and generosity they demonstrated, and we’re so thankful for their help.   “I had an incredibly frustrating experience. I was transferred four times just to be told to call a different number – it was completely ridiculous. No one was able to actually resolve my issue, and frankly, it made me feel like the company doesn’t value its customers. I’m certainly not going to recommend this company to anyone.” report abuse

  Honestly, I was really concerned about the safety of the herriman pit – it felt incredibly unsafe and there didn’t seem to be much attention being paid to safety precautions. Plus, I had a negative impression of the management; they didn’t seem to be handling things effectively. report abuse
