  Slade and Stitch Headz did a fantastic job with the audio installation in my car – and it’s not just good, it’s really well done for a fair price.   Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. I felt completely ripped off – they charged me an exorbitant amount for a service I didn’t need at all. I’d already installed my stereo myself, and everything was working perfectly except for the speakers. I scheduled an appointment with Stitch Heads, but the woman who booked it for me suddenly quit the day before! When I dropped my system off, the guy at the counter said he’d call me around 12:30, but he never did. Then, he called to tell me he needed to rewire the entire thing and add a wire, and he quoted me $211. It was completely ridiculous, and he argued with me about it, insisting that was the price. I told him to just put it back the way he found it, but he continued to argue, and I ended up hanging up on him. When I picked up my system after work, I discovered that she had quit, and my stereo wasn’t working – which was a blatant lie. To top it all off, they’d stripped the wires themselves! It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, and I would absolutely advise anyone to avoid Stitch Heads. report abuse

  “We were pretty worried when our Jeep’s stereo just died, but thankfully the team at Stitch Headz figured out it was just a reset issue with the hard drive.   “I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was completely unprofessional – the staff weren’t particularly nice, and they actually made a mess of my car. Worse, they essentially dismissed my concerns about the damage, claiming it wasn’t their fault despite the car being in perfect condition before I brought it to them. Sadly, it was even worse when I got it back. Honestly, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place – I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth.” report abuse

  I had a really bad experience with this company. They provided an initial quote, I paid for a reservation, but then they told me the price had changed and needed an extra $300 to finish the work.
