  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The customer service was appalling – the employee I spoke with was unprofessional and disrespectful. He was smoking while assisting me and even damaged my car during the pickup. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. report abuse

  “We had a really disappointing experience with this company. The owner’s customer service was unacceptable, and unfortunately, the septic tank he installed started leaking. When we brought this to his attention, he refused to honor the warranty, citing high groundwater as the reason – a claim we found completely unreasonable.
