“We were incredibly frustrated with the service we received. The team installing the new electric stove didn’t communicate at all – they didn’t tell us how long the job would take, despite the fact my husband had been up since 6pm the night before. What was supposed to be a quick one-hour installation ended up taking five hours, and we were left completely in the dark about the timeline. Because of this lack of communication, we were left waiting with no updates. Honestly, we would strongly advise considering other companies before choosing this one. It seemed like they were understaffed or had a much lower client load than their competitors, and the whole experience was just unacceptable.”
