“Kainen and Terry were fantastic to have here. They were both really respectful and easy to get along with, and I especially appreciated that they took the time to do the job properly, even if it meant a bit more work than the quickest solution would have been.”
-
“The installation went well, and most of the work was completed, but unfortunately, midway through, the team informed me they were no longer taking on residential projects and refused to address the remaining issues.”
-
I was really disappointed with my experience. After a lengthy, confusing conversation, it became clear they only offered new construction installations and, crucially, they don’t perform any quality checks or inspections of their own work. I had to ask the receptionist to repeat herself, and frankly, it felt like a misrepresentation of what Superior Electric offers. To be clear, I was simply asking if they could assist with a basic electrical problem – it’s what you’d expect from a company with that name.
