The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions about the different carpets and padding options.   Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. The floor took nearly a month to even partially install after it arrived, and we quickly realized it was done completely incorrectly. Despite multiple calls and a lot of wasted time, the only solution they offered was a few superficial fixes. After a disastrous 3 1/2 months, they admitted they couldn't resolve the issue. To add to the problem, customer service was shockingly unresponsive and difficult to reach. It felt like our large flooring project simply didn't matter to them at all. I would strongly advise anyone in the area considering a flooring project to avoid this company completely. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Carpet Exchange. I’d been considering Lowe’s or Home Depot for new flooring, mainly because I wanted to support local businesses and avoid online shopping – it just didn’t seem to align with the goal of using that stimulus money to boost our community. But seeing their selection in Cheyenne and knowing my money is staying here, rather than going to a big online retailer like Amazon, it feels like a much better choice.” report abuse
