  “Overall, it seemed like a very busy operation, which is a good sign in itself. However, my experience with customer service was really disappointing. I scheduled an appointment and was promised a callback mid-morning, but I didn’t hear from anyone until the afternoon, and even then, I received a vague explanation about their technicians being busy with other appointments. Ultimately, no communication at all was received by the end of the day, and I felt completely ignored. A simple update, even to say they couldn't be reached, would have been greatly appreciated – it’s important to keep customers informed.” report abuse

  “I was so relieved when the repairman arrived so quickly – he didn’t even need an appointment! The problem was a direct result of a previous repair, and he immediately corrected it, pointing out just how dangerous the other company’s work had been. Honestly, it could have been a serious accident. But he didn't just fix the problem; he actually improved my garage door, reinforcing the bolts and re-shaping the tracks so it operates smoothly now. I can’t thank him enough for that! And to top it off, the price was significantly lower than any other company I’d gotten a quote from.” report abuse

  “I recently used Doors & More to replace my garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They promised to pick up the old door on Monday and install it afterward, and they actually arrived early on Monday to complete the job.   Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this experience. I called on Thursday, October 13th around 8:10 AM, and was told a technician would contact me. It’s now October 17th and I still haven’t heard anything. A simple call to let me know they couldn’t come that day would have been appreciated, but it seems like a lot was asked of them. I ended up having to go with another company who was much more responsive. report abuse

  “I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience I had getting my new garage door installed. They picked it up in Loveland on Tuesday and it was installed today – incredibly fast service!   “I was incredibly frustrated with this company. We contacted them repeatedly about the same issue, and it was never resolved. We were promised a replacement part in December, but by January we still hadn’t heard anything and were told they’d simply “forgotten” about it – which was completely unacceptable. Ultimately, we had to take our business elsewhere, where the problem was addressed promptly.” report abuse
