Shawn was fantastic – he came out on a weekend to fix my heater that wasn't working, quickly ordered the necessary part, and then returned later that evening to get my house warm and cozy. I also used them for my AC installation, and they were significantly more affordable than other contractors I’d gotten quotes from.   Shawn was fantastic – truly professional and reliable. He clearly communicated his availability upfront, arrived exactly when he said he would, and quickly diagnosed and ordered the correct part for our AC unit. What really stood out was his dedication; he installed it right away on a Saturday!
