  Honestly, my experience with this property line service was really frustrating. While they initially marked the boundaries for my 200x200 residency, getting official documentation for the sheriff proved to be a huge problem. I kept getting bounced around the office and didn't receive the proof I needed. The customer service wasn’t particularly helpful. report abuse

  Jeff and his team did a fantastic job surveying our property. They were really personable and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them.   Steil’s survey was a serious mistake – it incorrectly identified our property, including our cistern and half of our barn, as belonging to someone else. This had been documented and noted on all official records since 1932. Worse still, he seemed to base his survey on a completely fabricated “fantasy world” and his associated market, costing us a significant amount of money and throwing the entire state’s property grid into confusion. Given these errors and the damage he caused, we believe his surveying license should be revoked. report abuse
