It’s truly a great, old-fashioned service; they’re always so professional, friendly, and genuinely care about helping you out with a smile and a good sense of humor. It’s just a pleasure to work with them. I wanted to specifically mention that if your key fobs stop working after a battery change and you can’t reprogram them yourself, this is the place to go. What really stood out was their commitment to going above and beyond.   I was really impressed with the service I received. I purchased a truck toolbox through the marketplace and unfortunately didn’t include the keys, but the locksmith was fantastic. He quickly assessed the situation, didn’t even need to leave the building, and within just a few minutes had new keys made and reinstalled the lock. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining exactly what he was doing, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy – truly professional people.   “I can’t recommend this lock shop highly enough! They were fantastic. I had keys made for my car that, unfortunately, didn’t work, but the owner went above and beyond – he came out at 7:30 AM the next morning to try and fix them. They quickly made several working copies for me, and the price was incredibly reasonable, much better than any other locksmith I’ve used.   I was incredibly impressed with the service I received today. After locking my keys and my 9-month-old in the car at the hospital, the technician was fantastic – not only did he get us both out quickly, but he also reassured me that this kind of situation happens frequently. He got me into my vehicle within just 30 seconds, and amazingly, he didn’t charge me a dime for the added complication of my child being locked inside.
