    “Overall, my experience at this store was really disappointing. While a couple of the staff members were helpful and willing to assist me, the checkout process was incredibly unpleasant. The cashier seemed completely uninterested and had a really poor attitude. It was clear they weren’t enjoying their job. Honestly, the management needs to seriously address the low morale and show their employees more appreciation. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here again.” report abuse

    Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. I just needed to drop off a few packages for eBay, but the two employees seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. They were talking amongst themselves and didn’t even acknowledge me, which felt incredibly rude. One of them eventually glanced over, but immediately went back to what she was doing as if I wasn't even present. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is a recurring issue, and I’ll be taking my package shipments elsewhere. report abuse

    Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. The manager completely dismissed my concerns when I pointed out that items weren’t ringing up correctly. Instead of offering to investigate, he just brushed it off. It felt incredibly disrespectful and like my time and money weren’t valued. I expected a simple “Let me go check on that for you,” but it never came. It’s clear customer service here is lacking, and I definitely won’t be returning. report abuse

    Overall, Staples in Laramie is my go-to office supply store since the one closer was closed. I’ve been pretty happy with it so far – it mostly meets what I need. They’re a really helpful staff, though the store could definitely use a little tidying up; the shelves are often messy and stock levels can be inconsistent.     “I’m consistently disappointed with my experiences at this Office Depot. Today was particularly frustrating – I waited almost ten minutes just to get a simple package mailed. The employee helping me was also incredibly rude, refusing to assist me when I was having trouble finding a suitable box. It felt completely dismissive, and the fact that she then walked away to help someone else was just unacceptable.     I was really disappointed with my experience. I dropped my computer off, and Matthew called to let me know they needed to do some work on it. Then, out of the blue, they called again asking for payment, which hadn’t been mentioned before. I had to rush down there in my pajamas to pay $140 for a cleaning, and it’s completely disrupted my schoolwork – I’m missing important assignments and worried about my grades.
