“I understand your frustration with the road situation, and I sincerely apologize for the added inconvenience. Just to clarify, this road was built for the city and is therefore a public asset – so if you encounter any issues, please contact the city directly. We actually went above and beyond, adding an extra day to ensure you could still access your driveway during the construction. I was also very sorry to hear about the interaction with our workers and the city officials; that’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have.”

“I was incredibly frustrated with STC Construction’s handling of the street work on our block. They towed all the vehicles, including my truck, without any prior notification – we only found out through a Facebook post and a local radio announcement. They told us the work was scheduled to be completed by Saturday after they tore up the asphalt on Thursday, but it was Friday night and they hadn't even started! I ended up paying $75 to get my truck out of the impound yard. To make matters worse, on Thursday night while my wife was bringing our newborn and four-year-old to the car, one of the construction workers told us we could park in front of our house, only for the project manager to glare at my wife and give her dirty looks the entire time. Honestly, the whole situation felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.”

“As a truck driver with STC, I regularly utilize Fatboy’s for all our tire needs.”

“I just wanted to say, the team working at the parking lot on Oneil and 23rd is doing a fantastic job! I’ve been observing them from my apartment across the street, and they really seem to care about keeping things tidy and well-maintained – great work, everyone!”
-
“There were some significant issues with this project. Communication and planning were lacking, and they were quite disrespectful to the neighbors while they were working. It seemed they weren't considering all the necessary factors to ensure a smooth and successful outcome, and unfortunately, their overall attitude was quite poor.”

These employees consistently demonstrate a really positive attitude and a strong work ethic – they’re a fantastic team.
