  Honestly, I was in a really tough spot. My old computer, about 13 or 14 years old, just completely crashed, and I lost all my family photos – it was devastating. A local technician told me there wasn’t much they could do. But Drewn was a lifesaver! They were willing to drive almost 7 hours to get my computer, even though it wouldn't turn on. They managed to recover all my data, and I’m so relieved to say I haven’t found anything missing. Then, they sent me a brand new computer tailored to my needs, and within an hour, they had it set up for me. They even installed a new operating system, which was a little different, but they made sure everything was familiar and easy to use. They really turned things around for me – they took me from feeling completely lost to being completely satisfied and back to doing business.
