  Rory seemed enthusiastic initially, but unfortunately, he didn’t follow up with us and we never received a quote. After multiple attempts to reach him, he explained he was too busy to provide one. While we appreciate his business, it would have been helpful to know upfront if he wasn’t able to take on projects of our size. Now, other contractors in Cheyenne are handling our project, but we’re confident we’ll be working with Rory’s company soon. It’s clear there’s a need for more responsive and proactive service in the area. report abuse
