They went above and beyond, actually creating the design we wanted and skillfully piecing the tiles together.   Teresa was absolutely fantastic! We had a last-minute change in our bathroom remodel and were suddenly short on a key piece of tile. Ordering a replacement would have taken weeks, so I started calling around. Teresa was the only one who really seemed to understand how urgent our situation was, and she went above and beyond to help. Within a day, she’d tracked down five pieces of the tile we needed. I drove all the way from Rapid City – it’s about 300 miles – to pick them up, and I couldn’t have done it without her! She really was a lifesaver. report abuse

  Kaiser really impressed me – they have a fantastic range of carpeting, tiles, and vinyl flooring, all really high quality. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, and the showroom itself was beautifully set up with lots of options to look at. Honestly, the prices were really good considering the quality you’re getting. report abuse

  “Overall, we were really pleased with the flooring installation – especially with Nick Ceci and his crew. They were fantastic to work with, incredibly considerate of our home and our dogs, and made the whole process much less stressful, which was a huge relief for us as we’re elderly. They really went above and beyond, moving things we couldn’t manage ourselves. However, we’re now quite frustrated. The floor itself is finished, having been completed at the end of January, but we’re still waiting for them to install the rounded corners and check on the baseboards, and we’ve been told it’s a problem getting a reliable contractor. It’s been March now and we’re left with an unfinished job, and it’s incredibly difficult to find anyone willing to do work around here.” report abuse

  “It’s clear there’s a lot of demand for flooring in Cheyenne, but that doesn’t excuse the unprofessional behavior of being unable to answer a customer’s call.
