  Working with Ponce Concrete Inc. was an absolute pleasure – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Ramon and his team were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Jessi handled the initial consultation so well, and throughout the entire project, everyone demonstrated a real commitment to quality. What really stood out was their flexibility. When I approached them about fixing my cracked sidewalk, Ramon quickly provided a fair estimate, and they even surprised me by adding it to the original job! Plus, without me even asking, they took care of repairing my broken stairs – it was fantastic. They left the entire basement spotless when they were done, and it’s clear they truly prioritize customer satisfaction.   Overall, I was really pleased with Ponce. I had a previous contractor do a patio for me, but it was completely botched – the pitch was way off and the lines weren’t straight, so I had to have it ripped up and redone. Ponce got it exactly right. They really communicated with me throughout the whole process, checking in regularly and making sure everything was done to my specifications. I especially appreciated how careful they were with their measurements and checking the pitch repeatedly; it gave me a lot of confidence they were doing a quality job. The estimator was also fantastic. I’d definitely recommend Ponce and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Ponce Concrete. I typically wait a year to assess the quality of a concrete job, and this one has held up remarkably well – it looks fantastic a year later, considering the heavy use it gets from our carts and forklifts. I went through about ten concrete specialists last fall of 2018, but Ponce really stood out. They were the first to respond to my inquiry, provided a competitive quote, and, importantly, took the time to listen to my concerns about the long-term durability, especially given the weight of our equipment. I was particularly worried about the concrete not being strong enough, and Ponce assured me they would use the right specifications and complete the job within two days, starting on a Thursday.   “We were really pleased with Ponce Contractors. From the very beginning, Jesse was fantastic – he was so prompt, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our yard and gangway. He helped us brainstorm some great solutions for spacing and drainage, and honestly, he just listened to our needs in a way we hadn’t experienced with other contractors. The quote was fair, and we didn’t feel like we were getting the cheapest option, which was important to us. They started the work on time and, despite a few weather delays, finished everything when they said they would. The team was always polite and friendly, and Jesse was always available to answer any questions we had. We absolutely love the new walkways – the drainage in the gangway is especially impressive, and the quality of the concrete is outstanding.   Ponce did an absolutely fantastic job with my garage – I couldn’t be happier with the results! I contacted them after a really frustrating situation with flooding from the alley, and they were incredibly responsive and professional from the start. They quickly scheduled an assessment, arrived on time, and worked with me to come up with a solid solution – tearing out my old garage apron and extending it to better protect my property. What really impressed me was their attention to detail; they followed up regularly, were always punctual, and left the entire work area spotless. The new garage apron is incredible – it’s so smooth and well-done, and they even went the extra mile to add a little extra concrete along the fence line to further protect against water damage.   “I wanted to share my really positive experience with Ramon and the team. I had a pretty urgent issue with a cracked foundation and drainage problem in front of my basement door, and they addressed it quickly. I contacted the owner about it before the weather got colder, and he assured me they could take care of it right away – which they did, completing the job in a single day. They completely replaced the old concrete, installed the proper drainage and corrected the pitch, ensuring the water flows correctly. I’m so pleased with the work and will definitely be reaching out to them again in the spring to get some sidewalk repairs addressed that a previous company had done incorrectly.   Ramone and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job on my backyard – it’s the second time I’ve used them, and they’ve consistently impressed me. They did a brilliant job fixing my patio last time, completely eliminating the standing water issue. This time, they tackled the entire backyard, and the work was just as perfect. I’ve gotten so many compliments, even while they were still finishing up! And best of all, we had rain last night, and there’s absolutely no standing water anywhere.
