On September 13, 2023, they stepped up to help us complete a flooring installation at our home at 514 Claim Street in Aurora. Not only did they dedicate an entire day to the work, but they also provided a fantastic $5000 donation to cover all the flooring and supplies.   “We’ve been experiencing some significant delays with projects that started back in October 2022. Specifically, the window installation from September is still awaiting Quality Assurance repairs and communication. While the gutter work was completed in October, the soffit and fascia remain unfinished, and the team was working with headlamps without a supervisor present. There have been two instances where workers arrived unexpectedly, once at sunset and another without oversight. The current estimated completion date is now the end of December, and we’ll be sure to update you if things move forward smoothly.” report abuse

  “We hired someone to completely tear off and replace our daughter’s roof, and the final bill was $29,000. However, the job was shockingly incomplete – we were left with a huge amount of plywood that wasn't used, and they never addressed the poor quality of the work or offered any compensation. They haven’t returned to fix the issues, and it looks like we’ll likely need to pursue legal action through small claims court.” report abuse

  Seriously, steer clear of this company. It seems like they’re deliberately taking advantage of people who don’t understand the situation. Don’t risk it – avoid them completely. report abuse
