“I’m extremely disappointed with the work this company performed. They were contracted on a project at 1308 N LaSalle which was plagued with serious issues – 31 city code violations were present, and OSHA cited them for unsafe working conditions. The cost of that citation alone was $10,000. It’s truly concerning when a company faces that level of scrutiny. Furthermore, the project, originally slated for completion between April and October, didn’t finish until the following October – a massive 300% delay. Now, three years later, we’re already seeing corrosion issues with the metal decking. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to investigate their record with the city and OSHA.”
