“I’m really concerned about the situation at the Lombard office. It seems like there were significant issues with leadership and a lack of understanding of engineering standards, which likely contributed to a high turnover rate – over 11 employees, including the VP and several senior engineers, leaving in just two months. It felt like a lot of blame was being thrown around, and unfortunately, a talented team has been lost. While Milhouse is clearly dedicated, it’s clear the environment wasn’t sustainable for attracting and retaining strong professionals.”
-
“The biggest issues I observed were with the management team – they seemed inexperienced and didn’t provide strong leadership. Additionally, the staff appeared to have limited experience, which impacted the overall quality of work.”
-
“They were really impressive – clearly knowledgeable, and always treated me with courtesy and a professional demeanor.”
-
“The customer service was fantastic – really went above and beyond.”

“The management here needs significant improvement. There’s a clear lack of direction and support, which has created a challenging environment.”
