  I recently worked with Divas N Design to completely revamp my new condo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! As someone who travels a lot for work and doesn’t have much time to dedicate to projects like this, I really appreciated their full-service approach – they handled everything from the furniture layout to the final delivery. Communication was mostly done via email, with a few helpful phone calls, and Karyn and her team were incredibly responsive and attentive to all my needs and desires.   Jen and Karen are truly talented decorators! I’d been admiring their work for years and was so sorry I didn’t book them sooner. They recently decorated my home for Christmas, and they absolutely nailed the vision I had – a beautiful rosy gold and pink theme to celebrate my daughter’s Christmas. They were incredibly creative and went above and beyond to make it exactly what I wanted, and even more stunning.   “I can’t recommend Karyn and Divas N’Design highly enough! I’ve worked with Karyn for over 13 years, and she truly understands what you’re looking for in your home. She was absolutely invaluable when we were renovating our current house, and then again last year when we completely transformed our great room. Karyn just *gets* it – she really grasped my vision and offered fantastic suggestions on everything from flooring and furniture to window treatments. We ended up changing almost everything, including the paint and baseboards! What really stood out to me was that she was so thoughtful. I specifically wanted to incorporate some cherished items from our trip to Ireland – several framed photos – and she made sure they had a prominent and beautiful place in the new room. It’s so important to me that my home reflects who we are, and Karyn really captured that. She made the whole process so easy, presenting a great range of ideas and always being willing to come back with more options if I wasn’t quite sure. Plus, she has a fantastic network of reliable and professional contractors she works with, which took a huge weight off our shoulders.   I had a truly terrible experience working with Karyn at this firm. While she has a few positive reviews out there, my time and money were completely wasted. I paid a hefty $3,000 design fee, but I never received any actual design work – no floor plans, color schemes, or anything to demonstrate her process. She simply sent me pictures of couches to choose from, as if that was a professional design service. The furniture itself was shockingly low quality – far below IKEA standards – and riddled with imperfections. I had to send most of it back, and even then, she refused a refund, insisting on a paltry $1,500 credit and $750, which was completely unacceptable. It’s been over a year and a half, and I still haven’t seen any of the promised checks. She just brushed off my concerns, acting like it was my fault and refusing to take any responsibility for the mess. Honestly, she seemed completely incapable of basic customer service. After spending nearly $10,000, I’m left with only a few pieces of furniture – two barstools, two lamps, and a small rug – and a very painful lesson learned. report abuse

  “L. Feldman and his wife recently hired Divas N’ Design, and I was so impressed with the results! Karyn really listened to their vision and completely transformed their outdated kitchen. Her suggestions – like removing the unnecessary desk, peninsula, and closet – were brilliant, and she created a beautiful, modern space with a wine fridge, bar stools, and gorgeous quartz countertops.
