  Cedar Falls did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. They really tackled everything from start to finish, and they were incredibly responsive – handling any unexpected challenges seamlessly and keeping us within budget.   My mom, Cathy Tolman, wanted me to share her incredible experience with Richie Rivet and Cedar Falls Construction. She had a really bad surprise – a hidden leak flooded her basement, turning it into a foot of water! Richie responded immediately, expertly assessed the situation, and quickly got a water restoration team in place. The whole process was handled with such professionalism and care; it was truly outstanding. They took care of everything – removing the water, installing a new hot water tank, and now they’re finishing up the basement restoration.   I was really pleased with the work done by Cedar Falls Construction – Rich Rivet and his team were fantastic. I hired them a few years back to tackle a small, custom project at my home, and they were incredibly professional and efficient. From start to finish, they were friendly, respectful, and got the job done quickly and quietly. It was great knowing they had the experience to handle the project properly, and I appreciated that they didn’t leave a mess behind.   Rich and his team were absolutely fantastic during the basement flood. He really took the stress out of dealing with the insurance company and was able to negotiate a significantly higher settlement than we initially expected.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Cedar Falls Construction. After doing our research and trusting their references, we unfortunately found ourselves dealing with a series of serious issues. They delivered substandard work, caused damage to our property, and ultimately took an extended 11 months to complete a simple two-story addition. It’s deeply concerning, especially considering we’ve worked with many builders over the years and never encountered such dishonesty and poor quality. I sincerely hope no one else falls victim to their practices, particularly given the vulnerable situation of someone like a senior citizen. report abuse
