I really wanted to support this local business during the tough times with COVID, and I’d had a great experience here last month. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. I was hoping to browse the showroom, but the employee outside was assisting another customer, and when I asked if there were any other salespeople available, he simply walked away and didn't acknowledge me. It felt like I was completely ignored, and I ended up feeling a little brushed aside. Sadly, given this experience, I’ll be taking my business to Home Depot instead.
