  Klar & Klar Architects consistently deliver stunning and practical designs, and we’ve been incredibly pleased with their work on two key projects for us. The first is the HEP Service Building – as you can see in the rendering, it’s a beautiful building that’s become the central hub of our campus, open to the public and housing both our administrative team and various support staff. We’ve received countless compliments on the design, particularly the building’s commitment to recycled and eco-friendly materials. Then there’s the HEP Community Center. Klar & Klar completely transformed the outdated space – as the "before" photo shows – into a modern Adult Education Center. They added a fantastic breakroom, several computer labs and classrooms, and a really impressive exterior renovation. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Klar & Klar. Their team is not only incredibly creative and talented, but they genuinely care about the community, and it really shows in their work. report abuse

  “Overall, the design itself was decent, but unfortunately, our experience working with this firm was incredibly frustrating and ultimately very costly. We started with high hopes, but midway through the schematic work, I had to pull the plug on the structural design, costing us $15,000. They then refused to complete the schematics and used our deposit as a cancellation fee, totaling another $30,000 lost. To add to the problem, they wouldn't provide us with the CAD drawings, only granting us a license to use their design – which felt incredibly unfair. What was particularly concerning was Kristina’s reaction at one of our meetings when she seemed upset about a difficult week with a different client, even going so far as to share the location of the court where we could file a lawsuit. Because of these issues, and the significant financial risk involved, I strongly advise anyone considering working with this firm to explore other options.” report abuse
