  I was really disappointed with this company. I contacted them to get a deck built, but I received absolutely no response – I had to keep calling multiple times, and they lost all my information. Eventually, someone gave me a quote over the phone, but then they vanished without a follow-up. The communication was terrible and the service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. report abuse
