  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. I scheduled a service call and was initially told it would be completed within a couple of weeks, with an estimate sent to me via email. However, the survey to confirm the appointment was urgent and had a strict deadline. Despite multiple calls, I never received the estimate or any communication about needing to pay beforehand. As the deadline approached, I repeatedly tried to confirm everything was on track, but nothing was ever sent for me to pay. Ultimately, the service was never completed, and I was left with no estimate and a frustrating, unresolved situation. Seriously, don’t waste your time with this company.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this company. From start to finish, it was a terrible experience. We hired them for a boundary survey and immediately ran into problems – we never received an invoice or confirmation of our $1,400 payment, and they showed up for the survey without letting us know when they were coming. They even damaged some newly planted flowers by jumping our gate and then refused to take responsibility. Our contact, Heather Wegzynowski, was completely unresponsive and made a series of mistakes, including telling us trespassing was part of the agreement (which we never agreed to) and failing to mention the damage to our property. She also didn't send us the final survey documents. Honestly, I have serious doubts about the accuracy of the survey. Based on this experience, please, please consider using a different company – take the advice from other negative reviews seriously.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. We paid nearly $500, and unfortunately, they were very slow in getting things submitted to our lender, which has now pushed back our closing date. It was really frustrating, especially since I had taken time off work and my children were looking forward to moving. I feel like I wasted my hard-earned money and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience.” report abuse

  “I cannot recommend Residential Survey Company. After a flawed survey of my property, it’s taken months to resolve the issue, and they’re still delaying the process. The core problem is their initial mistake, yet they’re refusing to take responsibility, insisting on a $10,000 deductible through their errors and omissions insurance instead of correcting their own errors.” report abuse
