  Metropolitan Fire Protection truly went above and beyond for me. I’d contacted several other companies, but they weren’t able to assist with my sprinkler problem. Shawn and Brandon were fantastic – so professional, knowledgeable, and really efficient. They explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly.   Metropolitan was initially promising – the technician who came out to assess my basement sprinkler needs was really helpful and knowledgeable, and the quote was reasonable. However, the contract was incredibly confusing, filled with generic sections and copy-pasted language that didn’t clearly outline the work being done. I contacted them about it, but it took two weeks to get a revised contract, and frankly, I felt like I was being ignored. Thankfully, they eventually followed up and addressed the issue, and the work itself went smoothly after that.   I’m writing to you regarding an incident that occurred on Friday, August 19th, around 6:00 PM at the New Holland Avenue exit on Route 30 in Lancaster, PA. The driver of your truck disregarded the prominent red yield sign and sped through the intersection, causing a near-miss pileup involving approximately ten vehicles. It was incredibly reckless behavior, and frankly, shocking. I just want to remind you that your company’s logo is on the truck, and it’s important to always adhere to traffic laws. I have dash cam footage of the incident I can send over if you’d like. I just hope your driver understands the importance of yielding. report abuse

He was so professional, took great care to minimize the mess when he had to cut into my ceiling, and thoroughly checked the system afterward to ensure everything was working perfectly.   Metropolitan responded incredibly quickly – within 24 hours – after the HVAC contractor had the issue. I was really impressed with the two employees who handled it; they were both competent and very friendly and professional.   “I had a really frustrating problem with a leaking sprinkler pipe in my basement, and I wasn’t sure where to turn. I contacted Metropolitan Fire Protection based on some good reviews, and I was really impressed with their responsiveness – they had someone out to assess the situation the same day. They were also very clear about the initial cost, which I appreciated. Overall, it was surprisingly quick and efficient, especially considering it wasn't a full-blown emergency.
