  “I had a really concerning experience with the first technician. He initially tried to charge me an extra $1000 for a simple mini-split refill and wouldn’t explain his diagnosis, only saying he needed to consult with his boss first. I felt completely misled and pressured into paying a much higher price than necessary. I ultimately declined the service and thankfully found a much more reasonable and transparent technician who fixed the problem for half the initial quote. Greg was fantastic – he diagnosed the problem – a clogged PVC pipe leading to our sump pump – and fixed it right away. He even took the initiative to clean our furnace coils and gave me a helpful recommendation for a new filter and the correct size. Honestly, our air conditioning has never run so smoothly!
