  “The work was generally good, but we had hoped for a bit more polish. There was a fair amount of leftover mortar, and we noticed some areas of tuckpointing weren’t completed as expected. We were also looking for a cleaner, more finished look overall. Additionally, when the steps were re-constructed, some red brick dust got mixed into the concrete, which wasn’t ideal.” report abuse

He was incredibly professional, really listened to what we wanted, and clearly explained why the bricks had deteriorated over time and how they’d be repaired. What really stood out was his respectful approach; he didn’t try to rush us into anything, unlike some other companies we spoke with. He let the quality of their work and the quote speak for themselves, which gave us the time and peace of mind to make sure everything was exactly right. The office staff were also incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. Plus, the notification with a picture of the crew chief before they arrived was a really nice touch – it kept us fully informed. Bill and his team were brilliant; they worked together seamlessly and you could tell they took immense pride in their craftsmanship. They went above and beyond our expectations with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Honestly, they were far superior to other companies I contacted. Joshua’s presentation was really helpful, and Daryl went out of his way to ensure the brick pattern and color were perfect for our project.   Brickworks did an absolutely fantastic job restoring my old farmhouse. They really took the time to repair and properly maintain it, especially with the chimney – they repointed it and fixed the cap perfectly. I’m so glad they got it done right, as I’d had a previous company do some work that wasn’t quite up to par, but Brickworks truly honored the house's original integrity.
