  Overall, we were incredibly impressed with the service we received. The staff was so knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help us. When we inquired about a specific product they didn’t have in stock, they quickly arranged for a sample to be shipped directly from their supplier – which was fantastic! And the shipping was unbelievably fast; we had our flooring installed within just a week. We’re absolutely thrilled with the quality of the floors and definitely plan to be repeat customers. report abuse

  Overall, my experience with this company has been really positive. Jim and Cathy and their team are great – they don’t push anything on you right away, which I really appreciated. They gave me time to browse and consider my options. I can see why others might have visited a few times to get some ideas. If you need immediate help, definitely head to the counter and ask for assistance. I’ve used them twice now – once for carpet and recently for sheet vinyl, and both times I received fantastic, helpful consultations. They were able to work within my budget, and honestly, the installation team is outstanding! They’re clearly experienced and efficient, delivering a really high-quality job.
