  “We had a really frustrating experience with Big M. We’d scheduled hauling services for Tuesday morning, confirming everything with Brad Miller, including a re-confirmation on Sunday. However, no trucks arrived as scheduled, and despite multiple calls and texts to Brad, we never received a response. It turned out Brad had simply been busy on another line and hadn't seen our messages. He then told us the trucks were ‘looking for the site’ even though we’d provided him with detailed directions – a cross-section map and GPS coordinates – and it ended up costing us a day’s worth of our team’s time. Ultimately, he offered us three other companies after the damage was done. It was incredibly unprofessional and left us with a significant wasted day, and frankly, no communication whatsoever. We definitely wouldn’t recommend Big M for hauling services.” report abuse

  “Honestly, looking back, there were some serious warning signs with Brad Miller. Knowing what I now know, I wouldn’t trust him to follow through on anything he promises. He completely failed to return my calls as agreed, and after multiple attempts, he just brushed me off with excuses. It’s incredibly frustrating – my time is valuable, and I’m really disappointed with his lack of professionalism. Two days were wasted, and I’ve decided to move on.” report abuse

  “I’m really struggling with the situation here. The new construction nearby has caused a lot of problems. They initially damaged my privacy fence with no intention of fixing it, and now the development has significantly impacted my property, causing frequent flooding in my backyard and constant noise that makes my house shake. Frankly, I feel this area isn’t suitable for residential living.” report abuse
