  “We had a really frustrating experience with Big M. We’d booked hauling services for Tuesday morning, confirming everything with Brad Miller – even reconfirming it on Sunday. But no trucks ever showed up. Despite repeatedly calling and texting Brad that morning, we didn't get any response. We even called the main office, and they told us Brad was on another call and would forward our message, but still nothing. It turned out Brad had simply been unable to locate the site, even though we’d provided him with detailed information, including a cross-section map, GPS coordinates, and a link to Google Maps. He ended up rerouting the trucks, but by 11am, they were already fully booked for the day. Honestly, it was incredibly unprofessional and caused us a significant loss of time – about a day’s worth of work for three of our employees. The worst part was the complete lack of communication; no phone call, text, or email to apologize or offer a solution. We’d strongly recommend exploring other hauling and excavation companies.” report abuse

  “Honestly, looking back, Brad Miller should have raised some serious concerns. I’m really disappointed with his lack of follow-through. He promised to get back to me yesterday, and then didn't. When I spoke with him this morning, he just repeated the same promise, and now it’s nearly 6pm with no contact. He offered another vague promise, and his response – ‘just don’t worry about it’ – felt incredibly dismissive. After wasting two days on this, I’ve decided to move on; my time is too valuable to deal with someone who doesn’t respect it.” report abuse

  “I’ve been really struggling with the situation next door. They built their property years ago right alongside mine, and it’s created a lot of problems. They initially made promises about rebuilding my fence, which they never followed through on. Now, their construction has caused significant flooding in my backyard during even light rain, and the constant noise from their property is making my house shake. Frankly, I feel like it’s a terrible location for anyone to live, and it’s negatively impacting my quality of life.” report abuse
