  I’m so disappointed with my experience living in this Hawkeye-built home in Baltimore. Almost 70% of the other homeowners in our neighborhood – all Hawkeye homes – have already needed roof repairs within a year of moving in. Sadly, that includes myself and four of us currently dealing with this issue. It’s incredibly frustrating because Hawkeye seems completely uninterested in taking responsibility. They consistently shift the blame onto other contractors or claim it’s due to a lack of maintenance, offering no solutions or even recommending qualified professionals to fix the problems they built. Honestly, if you're considering buying a home built by Hawkeye, I strongly advise you to reconsider – it’s simply not worth the hassle and stress. report abuse
