  We absolutely love our home that Matt and Val Haylett built for us in Michigan! Building it remotely was a little nerve-wracking at first, but they really took the stress out of the process, offering fantastic support with everything from materials to the final finishes. Just recently, a tornado hit our area, and Matt was incredibly responsive, coming out immediately to assess the damage and we’re planning to have him handle a few minor repairs.   David and Colleen Churchill had a fantastic experience building their modular home with Matt HaylettHomes. Matt himself was incredibly professional and friendly, and they really tackled the challenges of their site in Reading, Michigan – particularly the soft ground – by expertly installing pilings for the foundation. They also handled the well and septic system seamlessly. Throughout the entire process, Matt went above and beyond to fulfill their requests, and they appreciated his positive and accommodating attitude.
