“I recently brought my Spectra Laser in for warranty work, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. After waiting three weeks, they had to call me back because they couldn’t locate the laser. They then claimed it was simply out of calibration and charged me $300 for this – a charge I found completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my husband went to pick it up and confirmed the original issue was still there, meaning they couldn’t have calibrated it in the first place. It felt like they were trying to bill me for work that wasn't actually needed. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for survey equipment.”
