  Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received. Mr. Li kept us fully informed every step of the way, and we appreciated how carefully he checked all the measurements – it gave us a lot of confidence. The installation went incredibly smoothly and was completed exactly when they said it would be. The team was fantastic – professional, really detail-oriented, and you could tell they cared about doing a great job. We’re very happy with the finished product and the price was fair.   “We absolutely loved working with Crystal Exteriors! From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Edgar Li, the president, was just incredible – he was so responsive, checking in daily and offering fantastic advice and suggestions. He’s a really smart guy, a graduate engineer, and you could tell he truly cared about the quality of the work. The crews were also amazing; they were experienced, hardworking, and incredibly tidy. We never had a moment’s worry knowing they were on the job. Edgar even went above and beyond, adding things like relocating our backdoor light and installing a porch outlet – those extra touches were so appreciated! He consistently used the highest quality materials, and the whole project finished ahead of schedule. Honestly, we were so relieved to find Crystal Exteriors after struggling to find a contractor we trusted. The prices were very reasonable, but the value we received was far superior.   We absolutely loved working with Crystal Exteriors! After getting several quotes, we chose them based on their fantastic professionalism and especially their expertise with SmartSide. Jason was our main point of contact, and he was amazing – truly helpful in getting us the exact look we envisioned, which was a challenge given the circumstances during the pandemic. Our house is quite old (around 100 years old), and it required removing two layers of siding before the new siding could be installed, making the project quite complex. Despite that, Jason and the team were incredibly prompt and efficient, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend Crystal Exteriors and Jason! report abuse

They completely replaced our roof, gutters, windows, and even our basement door, and the attention to detail was incredible. From the careful flashing around the chimneys to the spotless cleanup afterward, you could tell they took immense pride in their work. The entire roof replacement was done in a single day, and David, the supervisor, personally checked in with us to ensure we were thrilled with the results. Honestly, we were so impressed that we immediately hired them to redo our gutters and replace our basement door, and the price was significantly lower than other companies offering the same high-quality ProVia products. The finished product looks fantastic and works perfectly – Jaime and the whole crew were so professional and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right.
