“Honestly, dealing with Dormakaba for our community keys has been a huge frustration. We’ve been trying to activate them through their website, but every time we need assistance, it’s impossible to get through to anyone who can actually help. The people answering the phones are consistently rude and just keep transferring us around without ever resolving the issue or connecting us with the key reading department. It’s incredibly difficult to get a real person to assist us. We’d really recommend exploring alternative key management solutions.”

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. The customer service was truly unacceptable, and frankly, the company seems wholly unresponsive to the needs of the community.

I was extremely disappointed with Dorma Vendor in Columbia, Maryland. I contacted them to get a quote to lower an existing ED700 door, but I never received a return call from the service representative or receptionist. It felt like my request wasn't taken seriously, and frankly, the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. I ended up having to find another solution – Assa Abloy will be handling the job instead.

“We’ve been working with Lance and his team for about two years now, and we’re incredibly pleased with their service. Lance is consistently attentive and has excellent, timely manners – they’ve truly become a fantastic asset to our company.”
-
“I’m really disappointed with the service we’ve received. Despite sending technicians to our workplace multiple times, the issues haven’t been resolved. They’ve been replacing parts, but the underlying problems keep recurring.”
