  “We were in the middle of selling our house and really needed to get the carpet replaced, as it was quite old. Our realtor suggested A Plus, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were fantastic from beginning to end. We finalized our carpet choice, they measured the room, and then scheduled the installation close to the end of our house prep. The crew was incredibly hardworking – honestly, I’ve never seen anyone work as diligently as they did, and they even finished the job a little ahead of schedule! It was a big job, taking two days, and I was a little worried when only three guys showed up, but they absolutely knocked it out. They were also incredibly helpful and professional, even when we had people dropping off furniture, and they were always courteous.   Overall, my experience with A Plus Carpet and Flooring was a real mixed bag. Initially, I was impressed with Victor, who was attentive and helpful in the store. However, things quickly went sideways when he scheduled a visit to my home, only for him to not show up or follow up as promised. Despite my frustration and unanswered calls, the owner, Eric Rome, stepped in and really turned things around. He personally addressed the issue, scheduled a new appointment, and ensured I was completely satisfied. I truly appreciate his dedication and commitment to customer service – it’s clear he understands what it takes to build trust with a customer. While my first impression was disappointing, Eric’s response completely changed my perspective, and I’m happy to continue using their services. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with A+’s work – I had them do both carpet cleaning and restretching, and the quality was fantastic. They tackled a particularly tricky job with a lot of bulges and did an amazing job of restretching the carpet.   We were incredibly pleased with our experience working with A Plus Carpet. From start to finish, they provided a truly first-class service. Clark, our salesman, was fantastic – he patiently explained all the new carpet technologies and really took the time to help us find the perfect samples and colors. We especially appreciated his recommendation to go with a lighter shade; it turned out to be a brilliant decision! And Jose and Pasquale, the installers, were absolutely amazing. They treated our home with such care and respect, moving our furniture with precision and working together seamlessly. They even took the time to make a few minor adjustments to our furniture before they finished. We’ll definitely be using A Plus Carpet again for any future carpet needs and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  I was so pleased with the work A Plus Carpet and Flooring did on my carpets. I’d been struggling with some really bad wrinkles, and after having them installed in 2009, it was frustrating to see them so worn. I wasn’t interested in going back to the original installers, as I felt they hadn’t done a great job initially. I was lucky to get a recommendation from S and K Roofing, who said A Plus was the best. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Lyndsey, the sales consultant, was incredibly professional and efficient, and the installers, Max and Luis, did a truly amazing job. They moved all my furniture for an extra fee, and they worked tirelessly from morning until afternoon, completely resolving the wrinkling issue. It’s now perfectly smooth and looks fantastic! I really want to thank Lyndsey, Max, Luis, and Karol C. – everyone was so professional and did a wonderful job. I’ll definitely be using A Plus Carpet and Flooring again in the future. report abuse

  I absolutely couldn’t be happier with A Plus Carpet And Flooring! We were in the process of moving and had to decide whether to clean or replace our carpets, and I’m so glad we chose them. They were incredibly accommodating, fitting us in even on short notice. The technician did an absolutely outstanding job – the carpet looked brand new! But it didn't end there. They saved us a huge amount of money, and the whole job was done so quickly. Then, when we moved into our new home, we used them again, and everyone we dealt with – from scheduling to Lucas Winter who even drove out to deliver carpet samples – was fantastic. Lucas went above and beyond, letting us take our time to choose the perfect carpet and even finding a comparable one when the original was discontinued. Seriously, they’ve provided top-notch service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend A Plus Carpet And Flooring! report abuse
