“We’re incredibly disappointed with our experience buying a home from Lennar. While we love our house itself, we’ve run into a lot of problems stemming from poor craftsmanship that Lennar hasn’t been willing to address. Our sales agent was also incredibly difficult to deal with throughout the entire buying process. She was consistently unresponsive, providing inaccurate information, and it took multiple attempts to get even basic paperwork correct. Beyond the sales team, the quality of the construction was shockingly bad. We had issues with leaking pipes, misaligned window trim, sloppy painting, and completely missed features like the extra kitchen lights we paid for. On top of that, the warranty coverage feels completely useless – they wouldn’t even acknowledge our concerns about the cracked driveway or sinking walkway. It’s clear they cut corners, and they’ve done everything they can to avoid taking responsibility. Honestly, dealing with Lennar has been a truly frustrating and stressful experience, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new construction home to explore other builders.”

Honestly, I had a fantastic experience with Lennar Homes. They took such good care of my clients and us, showing us some really beautiful properties. I was particularly impressed with their customer service – they’re truly on top of things. Plus, the way they use technology to streamline the process made everything so much smoother. I’d definitely recommend them.

Honestly, our experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. We’ve been living in our townhouse for nearly two years, and despite multiple requests, many repairs covered under warranty remain outstanding. It’s consistently been a problem – they schedule appointments and then simply don’t show up, doing this three times! I’ve dealt with Mike Rollins and Brady Kucharski, and unfortunately, they haven’t been responsive at all, ignoring my calls, emails, and voicemails. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against using this company.

“My husband and I really enjoy going to Boston Market – the food is pretty tasty, and they have some great deals going on quite regularly.”
-
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying a Lennar home. I have one myself, and the construction quality was very poor.

“The homes themselves were beautifully constructed, a real testament to quality. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was shockingly poor – really disappointing.”
