The technician who replaced our sump pump was fantastic – he took the time to explain everything clearly and we really appreciated his thorough evaluation of the whole system to make sure it would protect our foundation. It was great knowing we had a second opinion. And Kathy, Ken’s wife, was incredibly helpful too.   Overall, I was really pleased with Griffin Plumbing. Their workmanship was top-notch, and the prices – both for regular jobs and the quote for re-piping my whole house – were fair and delivered on time. What really stood out was their helpfulness; they went above and beyond by assisting me with diagnosing issues outside of their work, and they even proactively sent a warranty-covered part directly to me. They were also great at offering useful advice when I was trying to make decisions about the best way to approach a problem.   “I recently needed a replacement toilet lever for my toilet, and my experience with Ken Griffin Plumbing was really disappointing. I contacted them a few years back, and while they initially said they’d look into it, it took two weeks for them to even get in touch with the manufacturer, Gerber. They also told me they were understaffed and struggling to make contact. Ultimately, I had to reach out to Gerber myself to get the new lever shipped – which arrived and is still under warranty. Honestly, the whole process was incredibly slow and frustrating.” report abuse

  John Actis was fantastic! We called about a ceiling leak on a weekend and he arrived incredibly quickly. He was so knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to us as he worked to find the source of the problem.   “I was so incredibly happy with Ken Griffin Plumbing! They installed my well pump on August 1st, 2016, and were both prompt and did an absolutely fantastic job. It was wonderful to have running water again, and I really appreciated how they treated my wife and me – they made us feel like valued members of their team. I’m definitely going to be using them for all my future plumbing needs, and I’ve actually already scheduled them to install a constant pressure system for my well water.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I paid over $400 for a new dishwasher to be installed, and it still isn’t working. The representative, Kathy Griffin, was incredibly rude and unprofessional, even dismissing the concerns of the Whirlpool technician who quickly identified the real problem. Ultimately, I’m stuck with an unusable dishwasher and a wasted $400 – I would strongly advise against using this company. report abuse

Walter, the technician, was fantastic – he arrived right on time at 8am after sending me an email, was super efficient and professional, and clearly knew his stuff.   George did a fantastic job with the repair – he was really courteous, explained everything clearly, and got the job done perfectly. And I also want to give a huge shout-out to the KenGriffen Plumbing office staff; they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get us scheduled quickly, even with our complicated schedule. report abuse
