  “Overall, our experience with ADT was pretty mixed. We appreciated the salesperson and the helpfulness we received on the phone, and some of the technicians were genuinely great. However, we unfortunately encountered several techs who were completely ineffective – they seemed unable to communicate properly or actually fix the problems they were sent to address. It was incredibly frustrating. What really stood out was just how unresponsive the company was to getting our repairs done quickly. We were constantly unable to reach a manager, and ultimately, we’re cancelling our contract and switching to a different security provider – we’ve just found them to be too unreliable.” report abuse
