Roger McKee did a fantastic job installing the systems in my Virginia house and West Virginia office. He was really knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The systems are working perfectly, and he took great care to keep the work area clean and thoroughly explained everything to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Vector and, especially, Roger.

Derek was fantastic – truly a pleasure to have in the house. He was always punctual, incredibly polite and professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and both times he’s been out, he diagnosed and resolved the problems quickly. And if something needed a bit more time, he was always upfront about it and scheduled a return visit with a guaranteed completion date. He deserves a full 5 stars – excellent service!”
