  Michigan Quality Electric did an absolutely fantastic job upgrading the lighting in my house! From start to finish, the whole experience was so seamless and stress-free. The team was incredibly friendly, punctual, and patient with all my questions – they even indulged my Pinterest obsession with different lighting styles! They were professional, worked quickly, and, amazingly, left my house cleaner than they found it. The new lighting has completely transformed the feel of the rooms – it looks absolutely incredible. The electricians were really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, and they did a fantastic job getting the work done quickly and efficiently. Plus, they left the whole area spotless! It’s obvious they care about their work and truly value customer satisfaction, and I’ll absolutely be using them again for any electrical work in the future.   Overall, the service we received after the summer storm was fantastic – they really stepped up when we needed them most. However, we were quite disappointed with the final bill. It was significantly higher than expected due to sending two technicians out, which was a complete surprise. While we understand needing to send multiple people for a major event, it would have been much appreciated if they had communicated this upfront. We contacted them three times to discuss the bill and never received a return call. It took four months to finally get through to someone, which was frustrating. Despite the billing issue, the work they did was excellent up until the very end.” report abuse

  MQE did a fantastic job with our recent electrical work – they were really reliable, clearly knowledgeable, and very professional.
