  Overall, we were really pleased with Michigan Solar Solutions. They were fantastic to work with – super responsive and always got back to us quickly. The installation team was also really friendly and professional, and they kept us well-informed throughout the whole process. Our lead did a great job of managing our expectations and clearly explaining the timeline, especially when it came to dealing with the utility company and the inspection process. While their price was a bit higher than some of the other quotes we received, we felt it was worth the investment and would definitely consider them for future solar projects. report abuse

  I was really stressed out after the storm damaged my roof, and I was shocked that the company who originally installed my solar panels wouldn’t even help remove and reinstall them after the new roof was put in. Michigan Solar Solutions completely turned things around. They were incredibly careful with my equipment and my property, and the team – Karl Hercula, James Hackman, and Evan Young – did an absolutely fantastic job reinstalling the panels and ensuring everything was perfectly installed and checked.   “We were a little surprised at how little information we received about our solar system when it was first installed. Unfortunately, the company went out of business shortly after. However, things turned around when Russel and Rei from Michigan Solar Solutions came out to address a warranty issue.
