  Mark and Devin from Mr. Sparky did an absolutely fantastic job upgrading our electrical panel. It took a bit of time – two long days Monday and Friday, and then another two days Saturday and Sunday – but it was well worth it. We were finally getting those annoying flickering lights, and now everything’s bright and steady. What really stood out was their professionalism and dedication. They were incredibly thorough, and Mark, in particular, really knew what he was doing. He even let me borrow his brand-new generator when ours failed on Saturday – seriously saved the day during the football game! The new panel in the basement is huge and so well-organized, with only one circuit per breaker, and there’s plenty of room for expansion. They were also really mindful of the details, and a tech came out today to finish up some final touches, including installing a GFCI in the garage, which is great for safety. As someone who used to work with CATV, I know a complicated job when I see one, and this was definitely a big one – but they tackled it with expertise. As a military veteran, we really appreciated the 15% discount, and Mark and Devin were so generous with their time. They spent more time at our house last weekend than they did at their own! Thank you both so much for your hard work – we’re completely satisfied. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone, especially veterans. report abuse

  Ransom did a fantastic job installing my new Generac generator and upgrading the electrical panel. He was really professional and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly.
