  Drew did a fantastic job! He was so polite and helpful, and I really appreciated his knowledge – I felt completely confident he’d identified the right solution for my issue. Not only was the work finished ahead of schedule, but he even went the extra mile by adding an extension to the repair, which is brilliant for mowing. Overall, it was excellent service. report abuse

  Overall, I’d give Mr. Roof a 3-star rating. I used them nine years ago for a roof replacement and was really happy with the work then. This time, though, I was pretty disappointed. The roofing crew themselves did a good job, but the whole experience was frustrating. They significantly exceeded the originally estimated completion date, which was a major factor in my choosing them. More concerning was the office staff – they seemed incredibly disorganized, and I never received the itemized quote or any of the paperwork I needed to submit to my insurance company, even after repeatedly asking. Because of all this, I’m not sure I’d recommend them and think there are probably better roofing companies out there. report abuse

  Overall, this was a really positive experience, though a little different than my previous visits. I appreciated Chuck coming out and clearly outlining the price and plan upfront – that was a big improvement. However, I did have to wait a few weeks for the initial estimate, which was a bit longer than usual. The estimator actually went up on the roof to assess the work, which I hadn't encountered before, but it demonstrated a real commitment to understanding the job. Despite the slightly longer process, the quality of the final work was fantastic, as always, and I really wanted to thank the team for their hard work in the heat and humidity – I truly appreciate their dedication. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. I’ve been struggling with a leak in my roof since September, and it’s been a complete nightmare to get any help. Technicians have repeatedly failed to show up for appointments, and I’ve been unable to reach anyone by phone. The first person who came out didn’t even bother to contact me after his initial inspection. Then, after a few weeks, he discovered problems with my roof while I was home, but he quickly became unavailable due to illness and then a vacation, and ultimately left the company. Despite the fact that my roof is under warranty, I’ve been passed from person to person with no real resolution. Just last week, a technician was scheduled to come out and didn't show, and then sent a last-minute message saying he was sick. Honestly, it feels like they're deliberately avoiding the issue. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the state attorney general – I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received from Mr. Roof and especially Nick. He was incredibly professional and friendly, and he took the time to walk us through the different roof options and even showed us the construction process. We were really impressed with how quickly they were able to get everything scheduled – less than two weeks from the initial agreement. The crew was efficient and got a lot done, and they quickly addressed a couple of issues with the skylights and framing, resolving them within a week.   Overall, we were really pleased with Mr. Roof’s service. We got quotes from a few different companies and his price was the most competitive. Nick Gelock, our salesman, was fantastic – he was so knowledgeable about different roofing options and really helped us understand what would be best for our home. The materials arrived on schedule, the crew was efficient and friendly, and they completed the job in about seven hours.
