  Overall, my experience with this company was pretty frustrating. They successfully completed the decking project and the price was reasonable, but it was a lot of hassle to get there. I’d strongly advise anyone considering them to be incredibly hands-on – you really need to oversee their work closely and check everything meticulously before paying the final bill. I wouldn’t use them for anything urgent or time-sensitive. There were a lot of issues throughout the project. Initially, they were unresponsive after I’d paid the deposit, leaving me waiting for weeks for updates. They also made a significant error ordering the decking material – they ordered by the board foot instead of the square foot, and then tried to shift the blame onto the supplier. Then, they added extra delivery fees after this mistake, which they eventually backed down on. Adding to the problems, they ran out of material and ended up installing cracked and defective pieces, which they tried to claim was a manufacturer's fault – completely unethical in my opinion. Finally, there was a major billing error when they invoiced, failing to include the initial deposit. Because of all these issues, I felt I had to be constantly vigilant to ensure the job was done correctly. report abuse

  Frankly, I was really disappointed with Fabio and his team. They became very difficult to get in touch with and their lack of professionalism made the whole experience frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend using their services – I’d suggest looking for another company. report abuse
