“Hutter Construction and Warrenstreet have been a fantastic partnership for us over the past three decades. Since 1990, we’ve collaborated on over 111 projects together, including significant undertakings like the Monadnock Community Hospital and the Horseshoe Pond developments in Concord. The Warrenstreet team is consistently reliable and experienced, always adapting to new challenges, and we truly value their trusted and respected expertise.”

“I wholeheartedly recommend Warrenstreet Architects. I’ve worked with them on several projects for Merrimack County Savings Bank and have been consistently impressed with their professionalism and dedication. Jonathan and his team are incredibly creative, thoughtful, and efficient, and they’ve fostered excellent relationships with our contractors to deliver truly beautiful and impactful spaces for our customers and employees. Beyond their design skills, Jonathan’s commitment to our local community – his work with numerous non-profits – is particularly commendable.”

“We’ve been consistently impressed with Warrenstreet Architects over the past 25 years, having collaborated on more than 30 projects across New Hampshire. What truly sets them apart is their genuine commitment to both their clients and the community. It’s clear they see every project as a partnership, and their dedication shines through in actions like designing the new Friendly Kitchen in Concord at no cost, and their ongoing support of the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness and the ‘Building on Hope’ initiative – they’ve been involved from the very beginning. They’re a valuable asset to our community.”

“I can’t praise Jonathan Halle and the team at Warrenstreet Architects enough. They went above and beyond to help us bring the Concord Emergency Winter Shelter to life. Jonathan’s leadership was incredible, and he personally rallied his team to volunteer their time and expertise – many even reduced their rates significantly. He was a constant source of solutions, keeping the project on track despite some serious challenges. As a small non-profit like the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness, we rely heavily on the support of local businesses, and Warrenstreet truly made a huge difference, ultimately strengthening our entire community’s ability to support our most vulnerable residents.”

“We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Alternative Designs. They were incredibly professional and a real pleasure to collaborate with – a truly talented team. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any architectural project and believe they’re one of the most skilled firms in New Hampshire.”

“CATCH Neighborhood Housing and Warrenstreet Architects have worked together seamlessly on several projects, most recently with the impressive rehabilitation of the Franklin Light & Power Mill. They were instrumental in transforming this historic mill building into a vibrant 45-unit residential community while carefully preserving its unique character and historical significance. The project, which involved a significant renovation of the 1.552-acre site – including extensive environmental work and the replacement of all 450 windows – was completed successfully thanks to Warrenstreet’s expertise and collaboration with the National Park Service. The result is a fantastic, walkable community offering quality housing options in Franklin and beyond, and we wholeheartedly recommend Warrenstreet.”

“Overall, our experience with this firm was deeply disappointing. They were selected for the Grantham library addition following a problematic project in Eastman, and unfortunately, that pattern continued here. The architect, Jonathan, seemed more focused on his own ego than our needs. While he meticulously documented our desired features in the initial drawings, he completely disregarded our preferences by insisting on a costly stone facade we hadn’t approved. What was truly concerning was his retaliatory behavior once we pushed back. Instead of addressing our concerns, he systematically stripped away key elements we’d requested – a necessary boiler, an electrical panel in a convenient location, and dramatically reduced our usable storage space. His decision to completely clearcut the parking area, destroying mature trees and disrupting the community, felt particularly insensitive. It took another local architect stepping in to salvage the project and prevent further damage. Frankly, working with this firm felt like a constant battle of wills, and we strongly advise against using them.”

“I unfortunately had a really negative experience with the owner.”
