  Chris was very helpful on guiding me through who I could use for an issue with my residential home and dealing with my local builder! Took 20 minutes out of his time to give me suggestions, feedback, someone else to call. Honestly it was refreshing to have someone in the space try to help guide someone who has never done business with to take the time and effort!   Chris with Lonestar Engineering and Inspections went above and beyond my expectations. We where in a bind and needed a report for the home we where buying very quickly. I contacted him on a Monday and I had the report we needed by 3pm the next day allowing us to continue with our closing scheduled that Friday.
