I’m incredibly frustrated. Despite repeatedly asking to be removed from their call list, I’m still receiving calls. It’s completely unacceptable that a company can’t fulfill such a basic request. I certainly wouldn’t do business with them after this experience – it’s incredibly disrespectful. I have no idea how they obtained my number; I’ve never expressed any interest in home remodeling projects. Frankly, I’m shocked they left a voicemail at all. I’ve discovered they bought my name from Home Depot, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere – specifically, Lowe’s – next time.

I was incredibly disappointed with my initial consultation with Kurt. He was consistently rude and disrespectful, getting my name wrong multiple times and making inappropriate comments about my pets. He was also incredibly insensitive, unfairly accusing my disabled husband of unemployment. To top it off, he insulted the windows in my home and suggested I switch to BathFitters simply because I’d made a previous choice – a completely unprofessional and frankly offensive approach.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The pricing was completely unfair – they charged exorbitant amounts without providing any itemized price sheets beforehand, and then tried to claim discounts on already inflated prices. When I finally got a breakdown of the charges, I was shocked to discover I was being overcharged by double the agreed-upon amount for just a basic tub and shower installation. Furthermore, the owner, Jase, and Miguel were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. It felt like a blatant rip-off, and I would strongly advise against using their services.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I scheduled an appointment three days in advance and then received a barrage of calls to confirm. Despite responding promptly on the day of, they canceled the appointment, citing my failure to confirm – despite the initial scheduling. I had made preparations, leaving work early to meet them at my home, and it was completely unprofessional to cancel an appointment that was set up so far in advance. I won’t be returning.

“Overall, the team did a fantastic job with the shower installation! They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking, and the finished product – a beautiful, high-quality tiled shower – is truly excellent. We especially appreciated their professionalism and the smooth communication we had through the Buildertrend app with the project manager. It all passed inspection, and we’re very pleased with the results.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with this company. I was referred by Home Depot, and frankly, I’m very frustrated. I’ve contacted three different people about my issue, and it’s like I’m just being passed around with no real resolution. It feels like they’re more concerned with making a sale than actually helping their customers. I would strongly advise against using this company.

“We were incredibly frustrated with the entire experience. After waiting two weeks for our bath unit to be repaired, we discovered a leak. Following up was a nightmare – we contacted them approximately 30 times, both by phone and email, but we never received a concrete solution or any updates. It felt like they were just stringing us along, promising to schedule a fix that never happened. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of time and money, and we wouldn’t recommend them.”

“I was really impressed with this team – they were incredibly professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Plus, they were fantastic about cleaning up afterwards. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I’ve repeatedly tried to get in contact with the team – through phone calls and texts – but haven’t received any response. They never even inspected the completed work, and I’m still waiting for them to arrange the final city inspection needed to get the permit approved. To make matters worse, the project manager hasn’t responded to my numerous messages. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on the lack of communication and responsiveness.”

“I’ve been incredibly frustrated with the service I’ve received trying to get my bathtub repaired. It’s been a really long process – nearly three months – and they initially scheduled an appointment that never happened. When I called to inquire, I was told they didn’t even have the necessary part to fix it. Now I’m stuck in a frustrating game of phone tag. To top it off, the earliest they can send someone out is 1pm, which isn’t really a helpful solution at all.”
