  Overall, AHR did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our guest bathroom for Home Depot. They completely transformed the space with a new tub, shower, and wall construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. What really stood out was the team – they were truly exceptional. Paul Ontiveros was incredible; his attention to detail and skills were top-notch, and Francisco Sosa handled the initial framing with real professionalism. Joel Garcia’s demolition work was also superb, minimizing any damage to the surrounding areas. The whole crew went above and beyond, working late to ensure everything was done to perfection. Communication was really smooth thanks to the text messaging and Buildertrend app – it kept us well-informed throughout the process.   “We absolutely loved working with American Home Remodeling! From start to finish, John and his team went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic result on our multi-project roof and deck overhaul. We initially contacted several installers and John’s incredibly reasonable quote, combined with his use of high-quality IKO Cambridge shingles, really stood out. We had a huge amount of work – replacing the entire roof on our 4-bedroom house and a large shed, along with replacing all the plywood and rotten decking. John was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was always responsive, patient, and really listened to our concerns. His office assistant, Murali, was also a pleasure to deal with. The team – led by Louis – was incredibly professional and efficient. They started early, worked diligently, and completed the job ahead of schedule, even braving some tricky weather. The level of organization and attention to detail was outstanding. They took care of everything, from removing the old shingles to cleaning up every last bit of debris. When we had a water leak a week later, John didn’t hesitate – Louis responded immediately and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. It’s clear he’s truly committed to his customers and stands behind his work. Honestly, John and his team delivered exactly what we hoped for, and we wholeheartedly recommend them!” report abuse

  “I had two showers completely remodeled in 2022 for a total of $19,000, and I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience. The initial contract promised a lifetime warranty, but shortly after the work was completed, one of the showers stopped working entirely – no water comes through at all. It took them two days to acknowledge the problem, and they then told me the lifetime warranty was no longer valid, adding a $250 fee just to send someone to look at it. Honestly, this whole situation felt dishonest and untrustworthy, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.” report abuse

  “I had high hopes for this company after seeing their work featured in a home magazine. A salesperson came to our house and presented a fantastic design for a new stand-up shower, which we were really excited about. However, when the installers arrived, they discovered they’d ordered the wrong shower pan, and they just left, leaving a mess for my kids. I contacted American Home Remodeling and spoke with a supervisor, Miguel, who promised to quickly get a new pan and apologized. But it took another ten days to get the correct pan, and when it finally arrived, the shower wasn’t installed as promised – the window frame was still there. What really frustrated me was the complete lack of communication. After the initial problems, I didn’t hear anything from anyone. Then, to top it off, I received a call from the owner apologizing for a balance on my account, completely oblivious to the issues I’d been dealing with. Honestly, this company just doesn’t seem to value its customers or communicate effectively. I’m left with an unsatisfactory shower and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” report abuse

  Overall, Paul did a fantastic job installing our shower – I’d definitely give him five stars for the installation itself. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond. He worked incredibly hard to get the project finished quickly, even putting in extra hours to ensure we had our shower up and running as soon as possible. Communication was initially great, but things became a little disjointed once the delays started, which was a shame. Despite that, the final result looks fantastic! report abuse

  “We used this company after finding them through Home Depot, and the salesperson was friendly initially. However, he immediately focused on the high price and what he perceived as an unreasonable expectation for the cost before even getting measurements. Despite our request for a formal quote, he didn’t follow through and never sent us the quote we asked for. Honestly, the whole experience felt dismissive, and we’ve decided to go with another company.” report abuse

  “American Home Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our bathroom! They expertly removed our old jacuzzi and installed a beautiful walk-in shower. The team was incredibly professional – on time, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Nestor, in particular, was fantastic; his work on the installation was superb. They also took care to clean up meticulously after themselves.
