  Sean was fantastic! He came to our home today to assess switching from gas to an electric range, and he really went above and beyond. He explained all the advantages and disadvantages clearly, and most importantly, he was completely honest with us.   “I was really impressed with the service I received from Sean at Duke Electric. I hired him to install ceiling fans throughout my house, and it turned out the builders had some unusual wiring issues – Sean took care of all of that without charging me an extra penny. Then, one of the fans had a defective part, but Sean went above and beyond, contacting the manufacturer and getting a replacement delivered to my home within just two days! When the part arrived, he was even in the neighborhood and was there within 20 minutes to fix it right away. It’s great to support a family-owned business like Duke Electric – Sean’s grandfather does the work! He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to make sure his customers are completely satisfied.   “Honestly, being a homeowner, you quickly realize how pricey repairs can be and how difficult it is to find someone you trust to do a good job. I’ve done a lot of work myself, but there are definitely things I just don’t have the expertise for. When my husband and I needed to replace a light switch for my daughter, I knew we were in trouble – the last person who worked on it had done some really strange stuff. I immediately called for help, and thankfully Sean was there within an hour. He got the job done in about 30 minutes, and he even helped my husband when we had a problem with the bulb. He was so helpful, and he even offered to come back if the bulb didn’t work! He was really nice, kept the place clean, and was super professional. And the price was great – definitely worth the call.   “I was so relieved when Duke Electric came out to fix the power outage at my house – they were there exactly when they said they would. Sean, Darren, and Ludwig were fantastic! Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to carefully figure out what was wrong. They were all so patient and professional.   Sean did a fantastic job for us – we had him install a chandelier and then new LED lights and pendant lights. We’re so pleased with the quality of his work and we’ll definitely be calling him back to finish converting all our remaining CFL lights to LED. He was incredibly fast, courteous, and professional, and it’s great to know we have a licensed electrician we can trust. I highly recommend him! report abuse

  Sean was fantastic – he really came through for me on short notice! Another electrician had told me I needed a whole new wiring system, but Sean quickly diagnosed the problem as just a faulty breaker. He replaced it and got my AC working again in a really efficient way. report abuse
